Birthday Party (Steph, Ryan and I) at Gerties--so fun! The kids ate well and played on the toys for a nice enjoyable night.
Brody and Marshall--future linebackers!
I put Marshall down in Quinton's room on a Sunday morning and Cory found Quinton like this with him. I tried to get it on video (Below) but missed most of it--the book has ABC's in it and Quinton was singing the leap frog version of the ABC's to Marshall--so awesome!
Went to check on Marshall (taking a nap) and I found him like this (his thigh was stuck in the crib bars)--he wasn't even whining or crying--glad I checked :)
The other morning I found Quinton had brought this little lullaby Elephant to Marshall to entertain him (wanting to be helpful).
Madi wanted in on the picture--needless to say we hadn't gotten around to getting dressed or ready for the day (I believe Marshall had a blow out--hence the naked baby look).
I had Marshall on this pillow and Quinton wanted to come and lay by him (so he brought his pillow and blanket)--it probably should be Marshall with the baby toy--but we don't complain if no one is whining :)
I've enjoyed this happy baby so much--must be a third child thing--you just relax a little more I guess.
Madi's very first soccer game--shin guards and all--she mostly stood the first game (in shock of all the people)...but hopefully she will do better as she does when she practices with her daddy. (Cory and I were both dying on the sidelines--as we are both very competitive. During the game Cory said it's 2 to 1--I said they keep score--he said I do!)
Quinton wanted to be in the picture.
I set Marshall on a blanket while we did family home evening tonight and Quinton came over next to him and was giving him loves!
Even though Quinton has the "touch of a grizzly bear" as Cory calls it--he is getting a little better with Marshall. He loves him so much!
Becoming such a big boy too fast!
Quinton and Marshall are going to be best buds!
During Family Home Evening we were talking about the importance of taking care of our bodies--exercising--so we did a few different kinds. Of course running was one--Cory was explaining arms to the kids--in the picture above Madi arms might be a little bit of an exaggeration of what Cory was looking for!
It was a very fun night as we shot hoops, played soccer, jumped rope, did jumping jacks and running.
After Family Home Evening the kids were practicing their jumping before they went to bed...let's just say Quinton is our graceful child :) (seriously he falls, trips and runs in to things all the time). Quinton was a little afraid to jump from that height--as he kept stepping off.
