Update...continued

So to fill you in we did have another baby 3 months ago. We named him Quinton Michael. He was born April 19, 2011 at 3:54 pm. He weighed 7lbs 10 ounces and was 21 inches long. He is such a good little happy baby. Madi likes to give him hugs and kisses and she also likes to pull on his limbs sometimes :)

MADI'S 2nd BIRTHDAY!

Yes I decided to make Madi a cake this year--so take a good look because it will probably never happen again (I'm not much of a homemaker).

Madi attempts to blow out the candles.

CHRISTMAS MORNING 2010

Madi opening her stocking!

Madi eating breakfast at her new Princess table she got.

TUB TIME

I came in and she was like this in the tub--I thought she looked hillarious!

Bubble mustache

It makes her look so grown up!

Madi's first ponytail--she finally had "almost" enough hair to put it up!

I came in and they were out on our futon--they were both sick--they looked so cute together!

Diaper Cake for Quinton! (from the shower at horizon)

A Diaper basinet that we got from the wonderful ladies at Horizon that I work with!

Madi using her cooking set (with her doll Curly) that grandma Montana gave her (Cory's mom) at Christmas.

Madi was able to come and see us at the hospital the day after Quinton was born! We missed her so much!

Madi's first time holding Quinton.

Quinton loves to suck on his hand---I try to put the binky in--but my kids just aren't great binky takers!

I tried to get Cory sleeping with Quinton--but Cory wasn't quite asleep yet!

Madi always asks to hold Quinton--so I try to let her every once in a while so she not so tempted to pick him up on her own!

What do you think--I'm sure Quinton is thinking he'd rather be back in my belly!

I have a picture of Cory sleeping with Madi when she was a little baby--so I made sure to catch him doing it with Quinton too--this is his favorite time when they are so little!

STATE TRACK (May 2011)
Madi, Quinton and I ventured up to state track this year (since I wasn't working at the time--maternity leave). It was well worth it--they won the state title for 4A--Even better it was Cory's dad's last year--as he retired after the season was over.

If you can see-- Madi is in this picture(she is wearing a purple coat and a girl is sitting down holding her)--the girls just loved her and wanted her to get in it! If you click on the picture you can see Madi better.

Elmer and Coach Tolman and the Distance girls ( I love them all!!)--they scored more than half of their team's points. They are my favorites because I used to coach them in Cross Country--they call themselves the tremendous trio.

Elmer and the Seniors

Cory and Elmer (his dad) holding their first and last state title together!

The coaches-Stacy Burnham, Terry Waitley, Cory,Elmer, Randy Tolman, and Mike Capps

The first picture I got of Madi and Quinton smiling together!

TO BONE AND BACK--40 MILE RELAY

So my sister Andrea asked us (in March) to participate in this 40 mile relay (we did it with eight people on our team which comes out to 5 miles each) in Idaho Falls-- so we agreed. I wanted to do because I knew it would make me start getting back into shape after having a baby--and Cory kept complaining about not being in very good shape--so he agreed. It was a very tough race--especially for those who had the up hills--I don't know if we will do it again--but it was good for us! Andrea smiles as she coasts down hill for a little bit of a break from all her up hills!

I only put one of Cory--but he was smiling in all the ones I had!
Last year he complained of running a 5K (3.1 miles) race--this year I got him to run 5 miles! (Of course he still complained--but I am proud of him for doing it!)

My sweet sister handing me water as I die in the heat.
Andy, Annette and my dad helping me finish the race.
Our official time--6 hours, 10 minutes and 51 seconds

Group Picture--Annette Lott, Andy Alexander, Cory, Me, Andrea, My mom, My dad--we are missing Kim (a friend of Andrea's from Grace).

Cory and Me at Tim's reception in Utah.

Madi look so cute and grown up, so I had to take a picture (in her Sunday best).

How bout Madi's big "Cheeeeeese"!

Quinton gives those big eyes because of the red light on the camera.

Quinton was being fussy so Madi decided to be a good little babysitter while I was cooking--she put a kitchen towel over him, gave him his binky and gave him the book she was looking at!

She loves to take pictures, so we took some with her in it too!

This is the easiest way to take a picture of the two together!

I know I am bias, but my kids are so cute!

Quinton is such a smiley baby!

Technolgy=update

So we finally got the internet---so I will finally update our page somewhat (my camera's battery went dead in the middle of adding all the pictures-- so I will add more later). I also added them backwards---so the top is more recent.

Madi in front of our Christmas tree--Christmas 2010

I love this picture!

Madi put her shoes on her tiger

I came into Madi's room because she was crying and I found her stuck in one leg---she was attempting to put clothes on by herself!

Halloween at my sister, Andrea's house---Madi is tinker bell---and Paisley decided to change her outfit from Dorothy (off wizard of oz) to a princess--made from her dress up clothes--and Cole is just along for the ride!

I found Madi in her room reading--so I went and grabbed my camera--so cute!

Madi just loves all her babies---and knows them all by name.

Madi has always had us wrap her babies for her. Well one day she decided she wanted to be wrapped too--so Cory the handy dad wrapped her nicely(except of course she needed her feet out)!

THE BOAT RIGATA (I don't know if I spelled that right:)

My dad manages Farmers Bank in Jerome and they decided to participate in this event at Derky's Lake---they built a boat out of cardboard and competed in this eventwhere they had to row there boat in a race (yes they road in the cardboard boat--and amazingly there's didn't sink--while some others did).

Left to right--Dennis, Sarah, Cody, Cory, and my dad.

Going to the start line
Below are some boats the others made

Madi likes to smoosh her face against glass--must get it from Cory!

Madi needed to have all three!

Cory was giving Madi a ride--so she wanted to give Curly-her baby-one too!
Our trip to Montana-August 2010

Madi after her long 4 hour nap in the car!

Madi during her nap--the hike must have been exhausting!

Our hike with Cory's sister Lisa and niece Aspen.

Cory took Madi to check out her Great Grandpa Orr's trucks.

Driving the Powerwagon--Cory smiles now, but wait till she actually has her driver's license!

My favorite--the blue dodge (when I met Cory's grandpa Orr for the first time I absolutely fell in love with this truck!)--his mom claims that she gets it--but I may fight her for it :)
